Fragrance Fest 2018 not to be missed on 3 March in and around Great Brak River and Friemersheim!

Since first launched in 2015 this annual celebration on the Fragrance Route has grown by leaps and bounds. This year new venues are introduced, opening hours are extended, and a Fragrance Fest tour (Sharon, 072 652 7829) kicks off.

Saturday 3 March provides the perfect opportunity for families, friends and groups to explore this 40 km tar/gravel meander, which offers vistas of fynbos-covered countryside and majestic mountains. Stop to buy local products and to experience a variety of tastes. Travel at leisure – great for game spotting, bird watching and photography; you can also cycle or visit by motor bike.

This year The Great Brak Museum (08h30-14h00) joins the Fest with information regarding Friemersheim and the Volkwyn chair, and good coffee. Nearby at the Kobus Halliday Car Museum tours will be conducted by Kobus at 08h00, 10h00 and 16h00. Bookings only (082 9707 213), R40, no children under 14.
