• Reduce stress: Spend five to 10 minutes on breathing or mindfulness exercises daily. Various apps, like Calm or Headspace, offer guided routines.
• Connect with nature: Take a walk in the park or try some gardening. Being around plants has been shown to help us feel happier and less stressed.”
