Here are the proud participants of this year’s MUSE-LIN✶ competition!

 

Each of the participants received their Mystery Box with 3 items – vegetables / fruit / spice – on 19 August.  Judging will commence on 2 September.

The MUSE-LIN✶ competition forms part of the Muse Festival, for the second year running. Participants will present a dish to a panel of judges.

 

The objectives of the competition are:

  • To help promote the local restaurants and take-away outlets enhancing economic growth and the variety of options in the area.
  • To create a platform for restaurants and take-away outlets to market their establishments, by showcasing their creativity and talents during the Muse Festival.
  • To provide a platform where establishments can hero local produce, ingredients as well as local producers.
